Our Mission Statement

Fitness by Julia is a state-of-the-art fitness program that provides a wide range of customized fitness options, including beginner weight training, meditation, and personalized nutrition and training services. Our goal is to offer a holistic approach to fitness, supporting our members in achieving their health and wellness objectives. We are dedicated to creating a supportive and motivating environment for individuals of all fitness levels.

Our approach integrates sports medicine and nutrition training from Stanford University to help you life your best life, regardless of age or existing health conditions.

Why Fitness by Julia?

We've trained with the best -- from Stanford Sports Medicine to Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute and with leading pilates, meditation, and yoga institutes.  We provide nutrition and fitness solutions for all levels, ages, and health conditions. We specialize in rehabilitative fitness and wellness, and are able to accommodate most medical conditions and injuries during our program.
